All program fees, registrations, memberships, and session packages are non-refundable. Once a booking or purchase is completed, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, missed sessions, or changes in schedule.

Session packages and memberships must be used within their designated timeframes and do not roll over unless otherwise specified. Enrollment secures a participant’s spot and resources for the program, which is why refunds cannot be provided.

If a participant chooses not to attend after registering, they may request a tax-deductible receipt in lieu of a refund, where applicable. Please contact us directly to request documentation.

The Fashion Industry Initiative reserves the right to modify schedules, instructors, or program details when necessary. In the event of a program cancellation initiated by the organization, alternative arrangements or credits may be offered at our discretion.
