The Fashion Industry Initiative (FII) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth through hands-on fashion education, workforce development, and creative industry training. We provide students with opportunities to explore design, technical skills, and entrepreneurship while building confidence and career readiness.
Through real-world learning experiences, participants gain exposure to the many pathways within the fashion and creative industries — from design and construction to styling, branding, and production. Our programs are designed to bridge creativity with practical skill-building, preparing youth for future education, employment, and entrepreneurship.
FII believes that fashion is more than creative expression — it is a powerful tool for developing discipline, technical ability, collaboration, and leadership. By combining industry-informed instruction with hands-on training, we help young people discover their potential and build meaningful pathways toward sustainable careers.
